Return Policy
You must first contact us by email at backwoodsdogstore@gmail.com before any product can be returned.
There will be a 15% restocking fee and all shipping costs will be covered by the customer.
If you decide you do not want the product, you may return any unused or unopened product for a *refund or store credit (minus shipping charges. Clearance items are excluded, no returns). However, you have 30 days from the ship date to do so. ALL RETURNS (except warranties/defectives) are returned at YOUR EXPENSE and will not be included in your refund or store credit. No return (other than warranties) past 30 days will be accepted. Credit will only be issued for the product ONLY NO SHIPPING COSTS will be credited. Your return must be returned with your email confirmation or packing list from your original order.  

Refund Processing:
All refunds (including canceled orders) will be refunded by the original payment method. Refunds will be processed within fourteen (14) business days upon receipt of the returned merchandise.

Changing or Cancelling an Order
Orders cannot be changed once they are placed. However, if your order has not been shipped, it can be canceled by emailing our customer service department at backwoodsdogstore@gmail.com

Warranty Policy

Backwoods Dog Products:  Backwoods Dog products are guaranteed to the original owner against  workmanship for 1 year with proof of purchase. Items must be returned in clean condition. Soiled, dirty, or wet items will be charged a cleaning fee at our discretion. For items deemed under warranty, the return shipping is covered by Backwoods Dog.

Third Party Products: We make no representation or warranty with respect to the suitability or durability of any purchase for the purposes and uses of the customer, or any other representation or warranty, express or implied with respect thereto, including the implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Any applicable factory warranty covering any purchase is between the customer and the manufacturer and all inquiries for the information for said warranty, if any, should be made directly to the manufacturer.

Repairs:Repairs due to wear and tear can be completed by our repair team for a reasonable charge. Shipping to and from Backwoods Dog is the customer’s responsibility

Sales & Promotions
Sale and promotional prices are only valid during the specified promotional or sale period. We do not offer rain checks or extend sale/promotional prices to products purchased prior to or after the sale/promotional period.
