📦 Shipping Policy


⏱️ Shipping Times

  • Production Time: All items are made to order. Please allow 3–10 business days for production before shipping.

  • Delivery Time: Shipping times vary by location. Please allow an additional 5–10 business days for delivery within Canada and the U.S.

  • Delays: We cannot guarantee shipping times. Delays may occur during holidays or due to weather and courier disruptions.


🧾 Taxes & Duties

  • Within Ontario: 13% HST applies

  • Rest of Canada: Subject to 5% GST or your province’s applicable HST

  • U.S. Orders: Duties or import fees must be prepaid before delivery

We currently ship to Canada and the United States only.

All orders are shipped with tracking via trusted carriers such as Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, or Canpar, depending on your location and order size. You’ll receive tracking info once your order ships.

Shipping Within Canada

  • Orders under $99.98 CAD: $13.95 CAD flat rate

  • Orders $99.99 CAD and up: FREE shipping

  • Shipped via Expedited Service (tracking included)

In some rural or remote regions, actual shipping costs may exceed our flat rate. If this applies to your order, we’ll contact you before proceeding with any additional charges.

U.S. Shipping Policy Update
Due to recent changes in U.S. duty and tariff regulations, our shipping policies for U.S. orders have been updated. These new rules may result in additional customs fees, duties, or tariffs being applied to your order upon arrival. These charges are set by U.S. Customs and are the responsibility of the customer.

We will continue to ship to the U.S. and do our best to provide accurate shipping estimates and clear communication. However, we are unable to control or predict additional border charges or delays. Please check your local customs regulations before placing your order.

🚫 International Shipping

We no longer offer international shipping outside of Canada and the USA due to rising costs and unpredictable delivery times. Thank you for your understanding.
